Release of the natural environment conservation plan

Following a general summary ecological characterization completed in summer 2014, we have developed a conservation plan for the area of interest in the Ruisseau Jackson watershed’s natural environments. The plan, which is associated with a concrete strategy, will help us identify objectives for the protection and enhancement of the area and determine the action required to achieve them.

We will release an outline of the conservation plan in the spring once the current year’s priorities have been identified. The conservation strategy will help us lay the foundation for the initiative’s activities. It will be essential to work with local stakeholders, including municipalities, social groups and non-profit organizations. Stay tuned.
