Ruisseau Jackson watershed and water quality

We are currently working on a study of the Ruisseau Jackson watershed’s role in protecting water quality. With support from Abrinord’s Opération Bleu-Vert, we will be focusing on the case of Lake Echo, in Morin-Heights.

Following a general ecological characterization completed in summer 2014 and in light of the conservation plan for the area of interest in the Ruisseau Jackson watershed’s natural environments, we felt compelled to communicate the importance of the Ruisseau Jackson protected natural area in protecting water quality.

We will post the study’s main findings by spring 2016. Stay tuned.
