In these last days of 2018 and as we begin a new Holiday Season, the RJANP team wishes you the best for the New Year!
After a busy 12 months, another successful fundraising campaign and a lot of citizen action in the watershed, we are ready to meet the challenges of the New Year.
We will need to work hand in hand again in 2019. Fortunately, things are moving in the right direction in terms of nature conservation.
Thanks to everyone who helped us this year… Volunteers, donors, government partners and partners from nature conservation organizations, neighbours, relatives and friends!
Our fundraising goals are met! We are about to see a 200-acre lot becoming a nature reserve in a very sensitive zone along the river, we have signed a dozen Declarations of Intent with land owners and we elected an emblematic bird! While CNN did not cover this great announcement (it’s all fake news anyway), we are not less proud! Now … Peace and rest to all!
Oh and, please contact us if you want to learn more about our most recent activities! The above mentioned list is only a small selection of RJANP’s 2018 activities.
Happy Holidays from the whole RJANP Team.
