Only owners and/or resident renters whose dwellings or properties are in the municipalities of Mille-Isles, Saint-Sauveur or Morin-Heights can be members of the Association. This includes the spouse, children and other people living at the same address as a member.

Members:
10.1 Individuals who have paid their annual dues and are considered residents of one of the three municipalities listed in this article. Only one dues payment per household is required.
10.2 Any other individual who demonstrates a particular interest in the association, requests a membership and is accepted by the Executive Committee. (Hereinafter, members in good standing.)
Supporting members:
10.3 Any individual or organization that wishes to fund RJANP or contribute significantly to its mission.
